Figs

Figs

My fig tree is bearing much fruit this year.  I have to pick them before birds or squirrels get to them.

Insects on a prickly pear cactus

These insects made their home on a large prickly pear cactus this summer.  When the flowers dried and fell,  they moved elsewhere. I’m not sure if that was a coincidence.

These moved as a unit. When I put my hand near them, they evenly spread apart.
